Morning To Night

The weather allowed for outdoor time all day today.  The day started with a brilliant sunrise, the feeders were frequented by birds, and the evening allowed for a light show with the sparks remaining from burning some brush this afternoon.  Not bad for November the 23rd in the Canadian prairies.

  2. I was amazed at how it turned out! I am so in love with it, in fact, that I'm considering having a print made out of it.

  3. Hello, Andrea! Really beautiful photos in this post and in the other ones!
Is the bird in your photo a black-capped chickadee? It's European "cousin", willow tit, is my favourite bird. :)
Have a lovely rest of the week!

    1. Hi Sara! It is a black-capped chickadee. They are the sweetest little things and quite tame. They'll eat of your hands if you have the patience to stand there long enough. Thank-you for visiting!

    1. Hi there Christine! I am thinking of getting a print done, and considering metallic paper for it to bring out the highlights a bit more. I was also thinking it might make a nice New Year's card. Thank-you for visiting!
